This Tour starts in the Watagan National Park and descends down into a secluded valley tucked away from the rat race of everyday living. We witness spectacular views as we traverse National Park and State Forest, and end up back at the historic village of Wollombi for Lunch. Continuing on we travel along some interesting tracks to awesome panorama’s of the Upper Hunter Valley and finish the day in the Pokolbin Valley at a famous watering hole.

This is a great introductory tour that caters for all wheel drive vehicles. This tour has unbelievable views over newly declared Wilderness area. This trip features a great lookout from the top of Finchley trig.

The whole family will enjoy the wander north as we retrace our convict heritage and see what the results of their labours have been able to endure. We will visit remnants of their past. We meander through wilderness area to discover another settler’s road north to Singleton ending the trip in the Hunter Valley at Broke.

This trek takes us through State Forest that skirts the second largest national park in NSW-Wollomi. We climb up and onto the range and follow trails taking us along the ridgelines. This drive leads us primarily through tall stands of Eucalypt Forest and allows time to visit an old corrugated iron hut said to be built by early century cattle drovers. From here we will descend down off the range track back to the black top – Putty Road.

Commencing at the Zig Zag Railway, we travel through National Park and State Forest to the abandoned tunnel used by the Railway to transport shale for oil mining and to take a short stroll to see the glow worms. We then visit the ruins of what looks like a lost city from the ancient eroded rock formations.

Big Yango lies in the centre of Yengo National Park. This Tour allows you to camp up close at the foot of Mount Yengo providing a remote sanctuary. We will stay on an old cattle station that is now under the care of National Parks.

There is some delightful mountain scenery in these forests not to mention the excellent 4WDing opportunities. This trek offers everything from steep and rutted hill climbs to enjoyable trail driving through numerous creek crossings. The stunning views from vantage points along the way look back to Lithgow and the Power Stations of Mt Piper and Wallerawang. We then travel through the Gardens of Stone National Park which forms an important part of the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area and finish at the Zig Zag Railway at Clarence.

This Trip has some great 4WDing through an area with fantastic views and photo opportunities. We stop by the old Goldmining town of Sofala for lunch; after this we visit the historic town of Hill End before camping on the Turon River. We find ourselves heading towards Bathurst with options of following the old Bridle Track or travelling via the historic town of Ophir, the first town to find payable gold in Australia and sparking Australia’s first Goldrush, before heading home.
